PUBLIC is built on a simple idea — a great night out shouldn't need a plan. This is your everyday neighbourhood beer hall & snack bar. We love to serve regional eats from across the country & the menu travels the country to get here — Gujarat's peanut belt, Bengal's smoked bandel, charcoal sigris from the north, the wok-fired heat of Tangra — and lands at your table the way chakna is meant to: fast, generous, and built for a second round. Eat, drink, repeat!

There's no dress code, no reservation book, and nobody rushing you off the table. Just cold draft poured right, your favourite spirits served without the theatre, and a room that fills up through the evening with regulars, first dates, and the odd office crew unwinding after a long week.
